About Me
My name is Cecille, from the Philippines. I am one of those licensed ECEs who, instead of practicing what they studied for 5 years (5 1/2 if you count the review for the board exams), opted to become part of the IT/software development community.
Why 11Penguin.net? Easy … because it’s what I call home for 30+ years.
11 Penguin Street consists of 3 main sections, namely :

- photoalbum, Gallery
- and of course, my photoblog Photographs
The main site and photoblog are powered by Wordpress while the photoalbum makes use of ZenPhoto.
I started blogging August 2004.
