implementation
finally … the project that started mid last year is now going to production. well, the requirements started early last year, with some signed-off late 2004. its that type of project where everybody in the company is involved. its also that type of project that by the time sign-off is near, everybody is getting pissed because of the pressure that has been passed on to them. its also that type of project where everybody is pressured to sign-off what is in uat at a certain date and as that day is coming near, whatever findings or issues discovered are automatically tagged as “non-day 1″. and by the end of the project, non-day 1 items can now be considered as another project.
well … we moved the systems and all the enhancements, new functionalities and all, bugs included, this morning. and now we’re keeping our fingers (and toes) crossed and hoping that everything works out fine on monday morning… our first day. for something this big … we obviously dont want to back it out (which is going to be another hell).
so … wish us luck on monday.

ito ba yung WMS? wow! congrats. eh samantalang yung FSA, wala na. shelved for next year. itutuloy pa kaya yun?
