it took our dsl provider 4 days to resolve our internet connection problem. and this happened twice already this year !!! too bad we dont have other options here, unlike in the metro. and now that i am requesting for a rebate for the 4 days, they told me that i have to go to their business center to file for the request. pahirap talaga.
