house blessing

august 19, 11:45pm ….

mother: uy, maaga ka gumising bukas. alas-syete yung blessing ng bahay bukas. ako: 7?! umaga? mother: oo!!! yun lang yung time na pwede si father.

so … there i was … just got home from a little inuman and kwentuhan with some of my officemates and my mother is telling me that i should wake up early because of the house blessing. do i have choice? :D

august 20, 6:00am … mother: hoy bumangon ka na!!! (with matching kalampag sa pintuan) kukunin na namin yung pagkain! ako: hmmm …. ang aga pa ha! (aba, may bisita pa pala kami?)

… anyways, ayun, we had our house blessed at 7am. ngayon lang ako nakarinig at nakakita ng house blessing ng ganun kaaga. sa labas iba na talaga panahon ngayon … di na wisik wisik … ini-spray na ang holy water :) sa kitchen dapat i-bless ng maigi ang ref … my room … pati pokemon collection ko binendisyunan :) coins pati coins binebless? papaagaw yan!

pero kahit last friday evening lang in-arrange ang house blessing e nakuha pa rin ni motherhood na makapag-order at magpaluto ng handa … menudo menudo (its an explosion !!! my love for you !!! … hehehe) pansit pansit … for breakfast??? puto puto … yum yum …. dinuguan pwede ba namang walang dinuguan kung merong puto? putok mamon? tinapay? putok? … di ko alam tawag sa kanya !!! basta yun !!! lansones and lychees lansones at lychees … sa umaga? di kaya sakitan ng tiyan mga kapitbahay namin? :D saging di bale, may saging naman e :)

hi Teacher Sol … thanks ha :) hmmm … regarding the header … got the letters and the design from Digital Scrapbook Place freebies (www.digitalscrapbookplace.com) then created the header using Adobe Photoshop. i still have to learn all those Photoshop tricks and i want to try this digital scrapbooking but haven’t got the time yet. :)

hanagirl … hahaha. sarap sarap nga ng food. especially puto and dinuguan … hmmm. yum yum :)
