dun sa may ayala …

since our office is at the corner of ayala and paseo, i had a chance to ‘experience’ yesterday’s ‘gloria resign’ rally in makati. experience … as in naglakad kami sa gitna ng mga nagrarally sa ayala para lang makabalik sa office galing makati sports center :) we had a choice to take the herrera route or the paseo center route. syempre dun kami sa mas malapit, the paseo center route … kung bukas ang underpass. but due to ’security reasons’, sarado ang underpass. so, there we were, in our office attires and high heels, naglalakad sa gitna ng ayala at paseo, wishing na hindi kami makuhanan ng mga nagkalat ng tv cameras :) kung nung tuesday e yellow and green ang kulay ng rally (c/o of Bangon Pilipinas and JIL ni Bro.

One Response to “dun sa may ayala …”

Personally, I can’t find any justification in letting PGMA resign without a clear and valid idea who or what will take her place. The different groups calling for her to step down only have their own agendas in mind. And yes, the idea of attending a protest where you will be rubbing elbows with Imee (the daughter of a well-known and corrupt dictator), jinggoy (the son of a deposed president who himself was accused of being corrupt) and susan (actress and widow of a failed presidential nominee with no clear political experience) is something that is less than savory.
