goodbye summer
its raining outside. summer must really be coming to an end.i used to love summer and everything that comes with it … i was never bothered by how dark i would get by staying out too long in the sun. i didnt mind getting sand between my toes. i still adore the beach and the ocean, but i’m tired of this heat.
now, i look forward to the rains. i hope that the rain will wash away all the confusion i’m feeling inside.
maybe i’m just getting old.
